When you heard about property investment, what will appear in your mind? "Need a lot of money?", "Will I loss money?", "How do I start?". I believe these are some of the questions that you think and worry about, me was too.

Nowadays, property investment is become a very hot market. A lot of people invest their money in property and hope to get a high return for a long term. Some people think that property investment is only suitable for cash rich people, but now it is not anymore. Government had come out some policies to help young people to get their first property at a very affordable price. I wish I could get benefited from it.

"How do I earn money from property investment?". You can get positive income by rent it out, buy with lower market price and sell it once completed, renovate and add in some value into the property then sell it at higher price and so on.

I am still a beginner in property investment, but I definitely will get into this market!
